Any filing fees must be paid before the court will take action. Fees can be paid online with a valid credit or debit card or in person at the courthouse.
If you pay your filing fees using this website, your credit card or debit card will be charged based upon the type of filing you choose and the information you provide.

Refunds for Rejected Filings
Refunds for rejected filings may take between 5 and 15 days to be credited back to a credit card or bank account.
